We recently encountered total laryngectomee who had positivity diagnostic from tracheostoma, on other hand, false negativity nasal cavity. meaning this case is that accurate screening could be achieved performing through tracheostoma as well cavity or oropharynx. also would like to discuss testing methods patients whose airflow has distorted due surgery, management method these patients, need further research period with relevant literature reviews.
